Your Shell Gift Card Issuer

The Shell Gift Card is issued by CardFact 25, Inc. (“CardFact 25”) or its assignee. The gift cards are distributed and/or sold by Shell (“Shell Oil”) in accordance with an agreement reached between CardFact 25 and Shell. Pursuant to that agreement, the gift cards are redeemable by the card owners to purchase goods and/or services at participating and authorized Shell locations.
