Terms of Services

Your Turo, Inc. (“Turo”) Gift Card is subject to and governed by terms of services as stated on the Turo.com website. They can be found on the Turo.com website at https://turo.com/us/en/policies/promotional-credit. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your Turo Gift Card is issued by the Card Issuer. The link above details and constitutes an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. You will find a list of definitions governed by your use of the Turo gift cards on the Services available, and any undefined term therein has the same definition as in the terms of services. Should you have additional questions, follow the Contact Us directions and website for additional contact information. Your Turo Card:

  • Only US residents can purchase or redeem Turo Digital e-gift cards.
  • Must have a Turo account to claim and redeem a Digital Turo Gift Card.
  • Upon redemption, the entire Gift Card value will be added to your Turo account as a travel credit and can be added to any existing travel credit balance.
  • Balance may only be redeemed toward purchases on the Services, and any reservation made will be deducted from your travel credit balance. Your unused balance will remain until your used in full, though your travel credit will be deducted first from any travel credit balance.
  • Can ONLY be purchased by or gifted to individuals within the United States, not including US territories or possessions.
  • Can not be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Is NOT reloadable and cannot be resold or transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
  • CANNOT be transferred to another person or Turo account. Any travel credit and/or Gift Card balance on a Turo account may not be cashed out or transferred to another Turo account.
  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you may use a combination of Turo gift card(s) with another acceptable form of payment method on file.
  • Is redeemable to purchase goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized Turo, Inc. locations. Therefore, your gift card is not redeemable at other merchants. Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use.
  • Should be treated like cash. Once your Gift Card has been electronically transmitted to the purchaser or designated recipient, the risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser or designated recipient. Turo is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
  • All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.

Must be a U.S. resident to purchase or redeem gift cards. Turo, Inc. (“Turo”) is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner. Turo may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not Turo will be sole obligor to Card owner. Card is distributed by Turo, Inc.
