Cash-Out (VCO) Request*

Welcome to the Virtual Cash-Out (“VCO”) Platform for processing Cash-Out Requests regarding the Domino’s Gift Cards.

What is VCO?
VCO is the Virtual Cash-Out Platform that allows the card holder to receive a Cash-Out redemption when required by state law. Only a limited number of states require a cash redemption. The circumstances entitling you to receive cash off of your Gift Card vary among the states, but they all require that the remaining balance of your Gift Card is below a specified dollar amount and they generally require that you have used the Gift Card at least once. VCO provides a centralized and easily accessible platform for the cardholder to make the Cash-Out Request that complies with state law.

Cash-Out Requests
You may process a Cash-Out Request on this VCO Platform. If your request meets all conditions required by law, we will send your Cash-Out redemption via your choice of check, PayPal or Venmo. You will need certain information from your Gift Card to complete the request. You will also need to certify that you are the legal holder of the Gift Card and (1) you are at least 18 years of age or (2) at least 13 years old and using this site with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. Below is how to initiate a Cash-Out request.

Texas and Maine Residents
For residents of Texas and Maine with a card balance of less than $5.00, please contact Domino’s Customer Support to process your Cash-Out Request:

The Virtual Cash-Out (“VCO”) Request Process

1. Click Cash-Out Request button.
2. Confirm your email address.
3. Accept the Legal Terms.
4. Complete the Cash-Out Form.
5. Submit Cash-Out Request.
6. If approved, the Cash-Our redemption will be sent via your chosen payment method.
7. If declined, you will receive an email. You may email cashoutrequests@cimicard.com with any questions about your declined status.
8. You may make only one request every 24 hours.
9. If approved, we will send your Cash-Out redemption via check or preferred payment app.
10. No Transaction Fees: Cash-Out is a service provided by the Card Issuer at no charge to you.
11. Transfer Fee Reimbursement: The fee incurred to facilitate an instant transfer from the payment app to your bank account will be included in the cash out payment.

Notice: You are not entitled to a Cash-Out Redemption unless required by law. Thus, the completion and submission of the Cash-Out Request does not, in and of itself, entitle you to receive cash. Card Issuer reserves its right to decline the Cash-Out Request. Further, Card Issuer reserves its right to decline your Cash-Out Request if Card Issuer suspects illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to Cash-Out Requests.
