Wallet Issuer

Your Gift Card Wallet Issuer

Weary Travelers, Inc. or its affiliate (the “Issuer” or “Wallet Issuer”) is the issuer of the Gift Card Wallet (“Wallet”) in the Discord Gift Card Wallet program.  Discord Gift Card Wallet program is managed by CIMI, Inc. As the Wallet Issuer, Weary Travelers is the sole obligor to the Wallet owners.  The Wallet will be usable by the card owners to purchase goods and/or services from Discord in Discord’s role as a card redeemer. Discord is not, however, the issuer of the Wallet and is not an obligor to the Wallet owner. Your sole contractual party for the Wallet is the Card Issuer, and you have no claim in respect of the Wallet against Discord or CIMI, Inc.

The Wallet Issuer may assign its issuing role, responsibilities and duties.  Upon that event, the assignee will become the Wallet Issuer of the Wallet and the obligor on the Wallet.  Any such assignment will occur without notice to the Wallet owners.  If the terms and conditions so provide, the assignment will be without recourse to Wallet Issuer, the assignee will become the sole obligor with respect to the Wallet upon the assignment, and Weary Travelers, Inc. will cease to be an obligor with respect to the Wallet.
