The Wallet Issuer may be required to terminate the Wallet program in extraordinary situations such as when the law requires termination or the redeeming merchant has ceased to continue its business. In that event, Wallet Issuer will provide notice of the event to you in the Wallet Holder Notices page, and will provide instructions here about how Wallet Holders should proceed.
