The Card Issuer may be required to terminate the card program in extraordinary situations such as when the law requires termination or the redeeming merchant has ceased to continue its business. In that event, Card Issuer will provide notice of the event to you in the Cardholder Notices page, and will provide instructions here about how Cardholders should proceed.
