From time to time, the Card Issuer may publish notices to Cardholders (or otherwise provide information to Cardholders) about your Gift Card or its use. Such notices and information will be provided to you on this web page.

Card Terms Amendments

From time to time, Card Issuer may change the Terms regarding your Card. Notice to you about such changes will be provide to you on this web page. Below are the current changes made to the Gift Card to date:

Amendment #1, October 1, 2025: The Card Terms have been amended to include a limitation of liability clause, a change in terms provision, a binding arbitration clause, a waiver of class action provision, and a novation clause. Amendment #2, October 1, 2025: The Privacy Policy has been updated.
