Your Pilot Flying J

  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. Therefore, use of your gift card for purchases in excess of the available balance will be declined.
  • Is redeemable to purchase goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized Pilot Flying J locations and outlets. Therefore, your gift card is not redeemable at other merchants. Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use: Goods, Services, Cash.
  • Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged gift card.
  • All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.

  • The issuer of your card is CARDCO. See Card Issuer.

Pilot Flying J gift card back

Terms: Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at Pilot Travel Centers LLC (“PTC”), Flying J, and Pilot Convenience Stores, and authorized vendors/affiliates of PTC. Not redeemable for cash in New Jersey, or for cash in any other state unless the state requires cash redemption. Not usable for lottery tickets, money orders, or Pilot credit accounts. Not a credit or debit card, asset account, or deposit account. Safeguard the card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. CARDCO CII, Inc. is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. CARDCO may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CARDCO, will be sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the card.
