Terms and Conditions

Your Phillips 66® Gift Card is subject to and governed by terms and conditions that are stated or described on the back of the gift card. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your gift card is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. Your Phillips 66® Card:

• Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment.
• Is reloadable but will cease to be reloadable 365 days after a zero balance.
• Is redeemable to purchase authorized products, goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized Phillips66®, Conoco®, and 76® locations.
• Is NOT redeemable at other merchants that are not considered an authorized Phillips 66®, Conoco®, or 76® locations.
• Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
• May be distributed by Phillips 66®, however, Phillips 66® is neither affiliated with Card Issuer, nor an obligor to card owner or to cardholder.
• Is NOT redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law. See Tips on Use.
• Is not a credit card, debit card, asset account, or deposit account.
• Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. You will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen, use without authorization, or damaged gift card.
• All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.
• A physical plastic card will be deactivated if no activity for 365 days after a zero balance except for a mobile app, digital card or Bucks card which will be deactivated if no activity for 60 days after a zero balance.
• All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.
