Terms and Conditions

Your CVS Pharmacy® store gift card is subject to and governed by terms and conditions that are stated or described on the back of the gift card. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your gift card is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. Your CVS Pharmacy® store card:

  • Is subject to and governed by terms and conditions stated or described on the back of the gift card.
  • Is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you.
  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment.
  • Your physical gift card is a reloadable card. As a result, after your physical gift card is purchased, you can add or load additional value to the gift card. Your digital eGift card is not reloadable and is a single load card. As a result, after your digital eGift card is purchased, you cannot add or load additional value to the card.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY authorized products, goods and/or services ONLY at participating CVS Pharmacy® store locations, therefore, is not redeemable for cash or credit at other merchants.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use.
  • Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
  • May be distributed by CVS Pharmacy®, however, CVS Pharmacy® is not affiliated with Card Issuer, nor is an obligor to card owner.

  • Is NOT redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
  • Is NOT a credit card, debit card, asset account, or deposit account, and has no inactivity fee.
  • Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. You will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen, use without authorization, or damaged gift card.

All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.

Terms: Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at a CVS Pharmacy® store. Cannot be used to buy money orders or prepaid cards, to make online or inapp purchases or as payment on a credit account or payment for items that are delivered. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Reloadable. Not a credit or debit card and has no inactivity fees. SAFEGUARD THIS CARD. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. CIMI2507, Inc. is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. CardFact may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CardFact, will be sole obligor to card owner.
