Your Gift Card Issuer

The gift cards in the CVS Pharmacy® store Gift Card program are issued by CIMI2507, Inc. (formerly known as CardFact 25, Inc.) or its affiliate (the “Card Issuer” or “CIMI2507”), in accordance with an agreement reached between CIMI2507 and CVS Pharmacy® and an assignment between CardFact 25, Inc. and CIMI2507, Inc., effective August 1, 2025.  CIMI2507 is the sole obligor to the card owner and may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CIMI2507, will be the sole obligor to the card owner. Purchase, use, or acceptance of the card is considered acceptance of these terms.
