Your Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless a Cash Redemption is required by state law. In limited circumstances, the laws of few U.S. states require that you be paid the remaining balance of the Gift Card in the form of cash. The circumstances entitling you to receive cash off of your Gift Card vary among the states, but typically require that you have used your Gift Card at least once and that the remaining balance of your Gift Card is below a dollar amount specified in the statute.
