Your Tropical Smoothie Cafe^® Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) is redeemable by card owners up to the available card balance only to purchase goods and/or services only at participating Tropical Smoothie Cafe® locations.  The Gift Card is issued by CIMI2517, Inc.  It is subject to terms and conditions.  Complete terms and conditions are provided on the Full Gift Card Terms tab of this site (the “Terms”).  The Terms include a limitation of liability clause, a change of terms provision, a binding arbitration clause, a waiver of class action provision, and a novation clause.   Purchase, use or acceptance of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
