Terms and Conditions

Your Tango Rewards Link Gift Card is subject to and governed by terms and conditions that are stated or described on the back of the gift card. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your gift card is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. Your Tango Rewards Link Gift Card:

  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. Therefore, if you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment.
  • Is redeemable to purchase goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized at https://www.tangocard.com/reward-catalog/. Therefore, your gift card is not redeemable at other merchants.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY other gift cards. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips On Use: Goods, Services, Cash.
  • Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged gift card.
  • All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.

  • The issuer of your card is CARDCO CIV, Inc. See Card Issuer.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO REWARD LINK E-GIFT CARD: Usable at www.rewardsgenius.com/reward-catalog/ up to its balance ONLY to purchase gift cards issued by participating merchants, including any nonprofits, if shown (the “Participating Merchants”). Not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Redeemable only by you as the Reward Recipient; cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold by you. All redemptions are final. Reward Link e-Gift Card balances from different programs cannot be combined. Not reloadable. Not redeemable on websites or in stores of Participating Merchants. Participating Merchants are subject to change. Rewards Link e-Gift Card is subject to additional terms specified at www.rewardsgenius.com/reward-link-terms-of-service/. Safeguard the Reward Link e-Gift Card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. Separate terms and conditions apply to purchased gift cards. CARDCO CV, Inc. is the issuer of your Rewards Link E-Gift Card and sole obligor to you. CARDCO may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not CARDCO, will be sole obligor to certificate owner. The certificate is distributed by Tango Card, Inc. However, Tango Card, Inc. is not an obligor to certificate owner and is not affiliated with CARDCO. Use or acceptance of the Rewards Link e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance terms described above. Your Reward Link E-Gift Card balance amount may be viewed by clicking the Reward Link URL.
