The gift cards in the Sprint Gift Card program are issued by CARDCO CXXI, Inc. or its affiliate (“CARDCO”). The gift cards were distributed and/or sold by Sprint/United Management Company (“Sprint”) in accordance with an agreement reached between CARDCO and Sprint.
