Your Shell eGift Card Issuer

The Shell eGift Card is issued by CardFact 25, Inc. (“CardFact 25”) or its assignee. The egift cards are distributed and/or sold by Shell (“Shell Oil”) in accordance with an agreement reached between CardFact 25 and Shell. Pursuant to that agreement, the egift cards are redeemable by the card owners to purchase goods and/or services through the Shell App at participating and authorized Shell locations.
