Remember that the Card Issuer may, from time to time, publish notices to Cardholders, (or otherwise provide information to Cardholders) about your Promo Gift Card or its use. Such notices and information will be published at the Cardholder Notices page of this website.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is a limited-value and limited-use stored value card. It is not a credit card, a debit card, an asset account, a deposit account, a bank issued card, a bank account, or a card linked to a bank account. The funds available on the Promo Gift Card will not be segregated or kept in a fund pending use of the Promo Gift Card.

Remember that the Promo Gift Cards is distributed in one form as a standard physical gift card that has a unique number.

Remember that you must safeguard your Promo Gift Card. Your Promo Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen or damaged. In that regard, you should safeguard the Promo Gift Card in the same manner that you do cash.

Remember that you must safeguard and keep secure your Promo Gift Card and protect others from gaining access to the Promo Gift Card or the numbers on the Promo Gift Card. Your Promo Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if the Promo Gift Card or its unique numbers are used without authorization. In that regard, you should safeguard the card in the same manner that you do cash.

Remember that, as specified in the Card Terms, the Card Issuer and SeaWorld reserve the right to assert all available remedies in the event of suspected abuse or fraud. Such remedies include, without limitation, the blocking or freezing by the Card Issuer of a Promo Gift Card from use or refusal by the Card Issuer to honor a Promo Gift Card. For specifics regarding the rights of the Card Issuer or SeaWorld in the event of suspected abuse or fraud, see the Card Terms at the Terms and Conditions page of this website.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is not a reloadable Gift Card.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is a limited use card. That means your Promo Gift Card is usable or redeemable only to buy goods or services, and only at any United Parks properties and can be applied to food & beverage, admission, merchandise, photo packages, and upgrades. For more information on redemption locations and additional limitations on your use of the Promo Gift Card visit United Parks & Resorts.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is usable or redeemable to purchase goods and/or services only at any United Parks properties. Your Promo Gift Card is not redeemable at any other merchant. For information on United Parks and its branded parks, visit SeaWorld.com.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is limited to use at participating United Parks properties and participating branded parks. The Card cannot be used to pay for any illegal transaction. Your Promo Gift Card is not redeemable or usable (a) to purchase another Gift Card, (b) to make payment towards previously purchased merchandise, (c) at merchants other than authorized United Parks properties and participating branded parks, or (d) for use with HB Leisure games or various vendors within the branded parks. The Promo Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law; see the tip on Cash Redemptions.

Remember that you are not required to redeem or transfer your Promo Gift Card into a wallet or United Parks account.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is redeemable only to purchase goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your Promo Gift Card is not redeemable for cash even if your Promo Gift Card has a small remaining balance. A limited number of U.S. States and Territories have enacted statutes that require Promo Gift Cards to be redeemable for cash in certain limited circumstances that are set forth in the statutes. For inquiries or additional information, see Contact Us.

Remember that your card is usable to make "card not present" purchases. As a result, you may use the card to make online purchases.

Remember that some establishments (like restaurants) typically accept gratuities or tips. If you use your Promo Gift Card to pay for a meal or service at such establishments, the establishment will request authorization to accept the Promo Gift Card. At that time, the establishment may not know the amount of the actual gratuity. Therefore, in requesting authorization, the establishment likely will add an estimated amount to the price of the meal or service to cover a gratuity. If the available balance on your Promo Gift Card is not sufficient to cover the cost of the meal or service plus the estimated gratuity, your Promo Gift Card may be declined. If the available balance is sufficient, a "hold" may be placed on the available balance for several days in the amount of the cost of the meal or service plus the estimated gratuity. During this time period, you will not be able to use the amount that was placed on "hold" even if the estimated amount exceeds the actual cost of the meal or service plus the gratuity.

You should keep track of the Promo Gift Card balance. For information on how to make balance inquiries, see Balance Inquiries.

Remember that the initial available balance on your Promo Gift Card will be an amount set at the time of activation and/or distribution. Thereafter, the available balance will be reduced by each authorized use of the Promo Gift Card or as otherwise provided in the terms and conditions except as prohibited by law.

Remember that if you use your Promo Gift Card balance to make a purchase for less than the available balance of the Promo Gift Card, the remaining balance will not be paid in cash to you, unless a cash payment is otherwise required by law. See the Tip on Cash Redemptions above.

Remember that if you use your Promo Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance of the Promo Gift Card, you will be responsible for the balance due, or the transaction may be declined. If you wish to use the Promo Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance on the Promo Gift Card, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment, such as another payment card, not a gift card. This process is known as “split tender." SeaWorld will facilitate these transactions.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card may be partially redeemed by you. You are not required to fully use the Promo Gift Card when using the card to buy goods or services.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is not subject to fees that will be charged or assessed against the balance of the Promo Gift Card.

Remember that your Promo Gift Card is subject to an expiration date under which you lose the right to use the Promo Gift Card to buy goods or services and all rights will remain with or revert to issuer.

Remember that if you have not used your Promo Gift Card within a time period set by state law, the unused Gift Card balance may or may not be required to escheat under various state unclaimed property statutes. These time periods set by state law usually are two-year, three-year or five-year periods for Gift Cards. If the remaining balance of your Gift Card becomes unclaimed property subject to a state's unclaimed property law, then the Card Issuer may be required to escheat the Promo Gift Card to the state in an amount and at the time required by the state law. At that time, you may lose the ability to use your Promo Gift Card. If this occurs, you may inquire about the status of your Promo Gift Card by contacting us. See Contact Us. For general information about escheat and unclaimed property, visit unclaimed.org.

Remember that if you use your Promo Gift Card to purchase goods or services, the returns or exchanges of such purchased merchandise, if any, shall be subject to and limited to the policies set by the selling merchant for returns and exchanges of it sold merchandise. Refunds regarding merchandise purchased with your Promo Gift Card, if any, will not be placed back on your Promo Gift Card.
