Promotional Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Promotional Gift Card Terms:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the SeaWorld Promotional Gift Cards (each a “Promo Gift Card”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the Card Issuer and you (the “Agreement”).  Your use or acceptance of a Promo Gift Card constitutes your agreement to the Terms.  If you do not agree with any of the Terms, do not accept or use the Promo Gift Card. Your SeaWorld Promo Gift Card:

  • Is only available for reservations booked August 4, 2025 – September 1, 2025, for visit dates through March 8, 2026. Not valid on previously booked reservations.
  • Only one $50 gift card will be issued for each paid admission, not valid with complimentary, employee discounted, or “under 3” admissions.
  • Is redeemable ONLY at participating United Parks properties. Your promo gift card is not redeemable at other merchants.
  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your promo gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment, not a gift card.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. It can be applied to food & beverage, admission, merchandise, photo packages, and upgrades.  Unless otherwise required by law, your promo gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit.
  • Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged promo gift card.
  • Will expire, and you will lose the use of the funds at midnight of the Expiration Date.
