BOGO Promo Card Terms

Promotional Gift Card Terms:

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your BOGO SeaWorld Promotional Gift Cards (each a “Promo Gift Card”). The Promo Gift Card is issued by SeaWorld of Florida, LLC or its affiliate (“Card Issuer” or “we” or “us”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between Card Issuer and you as the cardholder (“you” or “your”).  Your use or acceptance of the Promo Gift Card constitutes your agreement to these Terms.  Important: Please read this Agreement carefully.  The Terms below include a change in terms provision and a novation clause.  If you do not agree with any of the Terms, do not accept or use the Promo Gift Card. You may download these Terms by using the download button at the end of these Terms.

Terms for Obtaining the BOGO SeaWorld Promotional Gift Card

  • Buy a $100 Gift Card, get a $20 Promo Digital Card
  • The purchase of the $100 Gift Card may be for a physical or digital card.
  • Is only available for Gift Card purchases made between November 10 through December 1, 2025.
  • Only one $20 Promo Digital Card issued per qualified transaction.

Terms for Redemption of $20 Promo Digital Card

  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is a digital card only.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is redeemable only between January 1 through February 28, 2026.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is redeemable only in-park at participating United Parks properties. Your promo gift card is not redeemable at other merchants or for on-line purchases.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card cannot be combined with any other discounts except for standard pass discount.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is redeemable only up to the available balance of your promo gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment, not a gift card.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is redeemable to purchase only select goods and/or services. It can be applied to food & beverage, admission, merchandise, photo packages, and upgrades.  Unless otherwise required by law, your promo gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card is not subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged promo gift card.
  • You may not sell your Gift Card or otherwise barter or exchange the Gift Card for value.
  • The $20 Promo Digital Card will expire, and you will lose the use of the funds at midnight of February 28, 2026.

Gift Card Issuer and Sole Obligor – Novation

SeaWorld of Florida, LLC or its affiliate (the “Card Issuer”) is the issuer of the Promo Gift Cards in the SeaWorld Gift Card program.  As the Card Issuer, SeaWorld of Florida, LLC is the sole obligor to the card owners.  Your contractual party for the Promo Gift Cards is the Card Issuer.  You agree to the foregoing and acknowledge that it shall be treated, if and to the extent necessary, as a novation under which SeaWorld of Florida, LLC is the only obligor to you. This Promo Gift Card is the property of its issuer. The Promo Gift Card funds, if any, were not paid and are not owned by you. The Promo Gift Card will not be activated for use until presented and used for redemption. The Promo Gift Card will remain invalid, confers no rights upon you, and creates no obligation by issuer to you, unless and until it is used for a redemption, and then only to the extent used in the redemption. Your Promo Gift Cards is redeemable at participating brand locations.  The Promo Gift Cards are distributed by SeaWorld, and the Gift Cards are redeemable by the card owners to purchase goods and/or services at participating brand locations.

Card Issuer may assign its issuing role, responsibilities and duties.  Upon that event, the assignee will become the Card Issuer of the Promo Gift Cards and the obligor on the Promo Gift Cards.  Any such assignment will occur without notice to the card owners.  If the terms and conditions so provide, the assignment will be without recourse to Card Issuer, the assignee will become the sole obligor with respect to the Promo Gift Cards upon the assignment, and SeaWorld of Florida, LLC will cease to be an obligor with respect to the Promo Gift Cards.

Change in Terms

Card Issuer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its discretion for the limited purposes (a) of making modifications, if any, regarding redemption limitations, (b) to define modifications in limitations of use, (c) to describe courses of action in the event the Gift Card program is terminated, (d) to clarify existing terms and conditions, (e) to address changes in information such as links, or (f) to implement other changes made in good faith provided that such other changes do not include (i) the addition of an expiration date, (ii) the application of new fees regarding the use or non-use of the Gift Cards, (iii) a change to the Arbitration Agreement, or (iv) a change to this Change in Terms clause.  These changes will be made at mycardterms.com/seaworldpromo. Notice of changes will be provided at the Cardholder Notice tab of that website. The most current version of these Terms will be available on that website reserved for such and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms, except as otherwise specified.

Notices to Cardholder

Card Issuer does not maintain names or addresses of cardholders. Therefore, you agree that we may provide notice to you, including disclosures and amendments to this Agreement, by electronic means including notices posted at the Cardholder Notices page of mycardterms.com/seaworldpromo.

BOGO Digital Promo Card Terms

Terms: This promo card is the property of and funded by Sea World of Florida LLC, “SeaWorld.” Promo value expires on the date stated on front. Not usable after expiration, and funds revert and return to SeaWorld. Usable up to balance only to purchase select products or services at the following branded parks: SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Aquatica, Adventure Island, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place and Water Country USA.
