Discovery Cove Terms

Promotional Gift Card Terms:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the SeaWorld Promotional Gift Cards (each a “Promo Gift Card”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the Card Issuer and you (the “Agreement”). Your use or acceptance of a Promo Gift Card constitutes your agreement to the Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, do not accept or use the Promo Gift Card. Your Discovery Cove Promo Gift Card:

Is only available for reservations booked August 3, 2026 – August 30, 2026, for visit dates through March 7, 2027.
Not valid on previously booked reservations and cannot be applied to Discovery Cove admission for this current booking.
Free $50 gift card will be issued upon check-in at Discovery Cove on the date of your visit.
Gift cards can be used in park or online – only one gift card can be applied per online transaction
Only one $50 gift card will be issued for each paid admission, not valid with complimentary, employee discounted, or “under 3” admissions.
Gift card can ONLY be used at United Parks properties and can be applied to food & beverage, admission, merchandise, photo packages, and upgrades. Unless otherwise required by law, your promo gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit.
Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your promo gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment, not a gift card.
Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged promo gift card.
Will expire, and you will lose the use of the funds at midnight of the Expiration Date.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Notices to Cardholder

Card Issuer does not maintain names or addresses of cardholders. Therefore, you agree that we may provide notice to you, including disclosures and amendments to this Agreement, by electronic means including notices posted at the Cardholder Notices page of mycardterms.com/seaworldpromo.
