Online e-Gift and Gift Card Purchases and Online Gift Card Redemptions

SeaWorld electronic Gift Cards (“e-Gift Cards”) are sold and distributed by Buyatab Online Inc. (“Buyatab”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Buyatab is the channel through which such e-Gift Cards are sold and the Buyatab Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of the e-Gift Cards. They can be found at Buyatab Terms and Conditions.

Physical and e-Gift Cards may be purchased online by consumers at SeaWorld.com (the “Online Purchase Site”).  Online purchases will be subject to purchase and delivery terms specified at the Online Purchase Site. Those terms are separate from the Terms for the Gift Cards. They can be found at United Parks & Resorts Terms and Conditions.

The Gift Cards may be redeemed online to purchase goods at SeaWorld and other participating branded parks (the “Online Redemptions Site”). Online purchases will be subject to terms of service specified at the Online Redemption Site. Those terms are separate from the Terms for the Gift Cards.
