Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Card Terms:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the SeaWorld Gift Cards (each a “Gift Card”) and constitute a legally binding agreement between the Card Issuer and you (the “Agreement”).  Your purchase, use or acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to the Terms.  If you do not agree with any of the Terms, do not purchase or accept a Gift Card. Your SeaWorld Card:

  • Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment, not a gift card.
  • Is redeemable to purchase goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized SeaWorld and participating brand locations. Therefore, your gift card is not redeemable at other merchants. Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
  • Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use.
  • Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or damaged. Therefore, you will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen or damaged gift card.

Physical Card Back (as of December 2020)

Terms: Usable up to balance to purchase select goods and services at participating branded parks or online. Not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without permission. SeaWorld of Florida LLC, “SeaWorld” is Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner. SeaWorld may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not SeaWorld, will be sole obligor to Card owner.
