Terms and Conditions

Your Redstone American Grill eGift Card is subject to and governed by terms and conditions that are stated or described within the eGift card. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your eGift card is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. Your Redstone American Grill eGift Card:

• Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your eGift card. Therefore, use of your eGift card for purchases in excess of the available balance will be declined. See Tips on Use: Purchases Above Card Balance.
• Is redeemable to purchase goods and/or services ONLY at participating and authorized Redstone American Grill locations. Therefore, your eGift card is not redeemable at other merchants.
• Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders. See Tips on Use: Other Prohibited Uses.
• Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your eGift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use: Goods, Services, Cash.
• Is not usable to make payments on any Redstone American Grill credit or other card or any recurring store or payment account at Redstone American Grill. See Tips on Use: Recurring Payments.
• Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen or used without authorization. See Tips on Use: Safeguarding – Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
• All terms and conditions governing the eGift card are void where prohibited by law. See Tips on Use: Card Terms
• Any returns or exchanges of goods purchased with your eGift card will be governed by the policies of Redstone American Grill governing returns and exchanges. See Tips on Use: Returns and Exchanges.
• Your eGift card is not a credit card, a debit card, asset account, or a deposit account. Your eGift card is not a bank issued card. See Tips on Use: Card Type.
• The issuer of your card is CARDCO. See Tips on Use: Card Issuer.
