Your Gift Card Issuer

CARDCO CXXVII, Inc. or its affiliate (the “Card Issuer”) is the issuer of some of plastic Gift Cards in the QVC Gift Card program which are sold in select third party retail locations.  As the Card Issuer for this program, CARDCO CXXVII, Inc. is the sole obligor to the card owners.  QVC is not the issuer of the Gift Card for this program and is not an obligor to the card owner. Your contractual party for the Gift Card is the Card Issuer, and you have no claim in respect of the Gift Card against QVC.

Card Issuer may assign its issuing role, responsibilities and duties.  Upon that event, the assignee will become the Card Issuer of the Gift Cards and the obligor on the Gift Cards.  Any such assignment will occur without notice to the card owners.  If the terms and conditions so provide, the assignment will be without recourse to Card Issuer, the assignee will become the sole obligor with respect to the Gift Cards upon the assignment, and CARDCO CXXVII, Inc. will cease to be an obligor with respect to the Gift Cards.

Please consult the specific terms and conditions of your card to determine who the issuer is for the specific card you own.  CARDCO CXXVII, Inc. is the issuer only for some of QVC plastic gift cards sold in select third party retail locations.
