Balance Inquiry

Each Gift Card in the QVC Gift Card program is redeemable only up to the available balance of the Gift Card.  Once a QVC Gift Card is used, the remaining balance (if any) is transferred to your QVC account. The card will retain no value after the initial purchase. To check membership credits, please contact QVC Customer Service by calling 1-866-256-4212 or by logging into your QVC account.
