Cash Out Request

What is Cash-Out?
Your Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless a Cash Redemption is required by state law. In limited circumstances, the laws of few U.S. states require that you be paid the remaining balance of the Gift Card in the form of cash. The circumstances entitling you to receive cash off of your Gift Card vary among the states, but typically require that you have used your Gift Card at least once and that the remaining balance of your Gift Card is below a dollar amount specified in the statute. The process for cashing out the Gift Card in these circumstances is known as Cash-Off, Cash-Out, or Cash-Back.

Cash-out requests should be directed to Wolfe Merchant Solutions customer support by calling (877) 448-4438 or visiting online.

Notice: You are not entitled to Cash-Out your Gift Card unless Cash Redemptions are required by law. Thus, a Cash-Out Request does not, in and of itself, entitle you to receive cash. Card Issuer reserves its right to decline the Cash-Out Request. Further, Card Issuer reserves its right to decline your Cash-Out Request if Card Issuer suspects illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to Cash-Out Requests.
