Your Hopdoddy Gift Card

Your Hopdoddy Burger Bar (the “Gift Card”) are redeemable by card owners up to the available card balance only to purchase goods and/or services only at participating Hopdoddy Burger Bar and Grub Burger Bar locations.  As used throughout, the term “Hopdoddy” refers to HiBar Hospitality Operations doing business as Hopdoddy Burger Bar and Grub Burger Bar. The Gift Card is issued by CIMI2515, Inc.  It is subject to terms and conditions.  Complete terms and conditions are provided on the Full Gift Card Terms tab of this site (the “Terms”).  The Terms include a limitation of liability clause, a change of terms provision, a binding arbitration clause, a waiver of class action provision, and a novation clause.   Purchase, use or acceptance of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
