Terms and Conditions
Your Hele® Gift Card is subject to and governed by terms and conditions that are stated or described on the back of the gift card. You should read and be familiar with these terms. Your gift card is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you. Your Hele® Card:
- Is subject to and governed by terms and conditions stated or described on the back of the gift card.
- Is issued by the Card Issuer, and the terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Card Issuer and you.
- Is redeemable ONLY up to the available balance of your gift card. If you want to use your card to make purchases in excess of the balance, you must combine the use of the card with another acceptable form of payment.
- Is reloadable but the physical plastic card will be deactivated if no activity for 365 days after a zero balance, except for a mobile app or a digital card, if available, which will also be deactivated if no activity for 60 days after a zero balance.
- Is redeemable to purchase ONLY authorized products, goods and/or services and ONLY accepted at participating Hele® locations, therefore, is not redeemable for cash or credit at other merchants.
- Is redeemable to purchase ONLY goods and/or services. Therefore, unless otherwise required by law, your gift card is not redeemable for cash or for credit. See Tips on Use.
- Is NOT redeemable to purchase lottery tickets or money orders.
- Is usable to make “card not present” purchases via the mobile app and or a digital card.
- May be distributed by Hele®, however, Hele® is not affiliated with Card Issuer, nor is an obligor to card owner.
- Is NOT redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
- Is not a credit card, debit card, asset account, or deposit account.
- Is NOT subject to replacement if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. You will bear the risk of loss with respect to a lost, stolen, use without authorization, or damaged gift card.
- All terms and conditions governing the gift card are void where prohibited by law.
Usable up to balance to buy authorized products and services only at participating Hele® locations. Not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
