The gift cards in the Hele® Gift Card program are issued by CARD2202, Inc. Pursuant to that agreement, cards may be distributed by Hele®, however, Hele® is not affiliated with CARD2202, and is not an obligor to card owner. Your Hele® Gift Card is a gift card that is redeemable by card owners up to the balance to buy authorized products and services only at participating Hele® locations.
