{"id":6,"date":"2019-12-12T19:51:09","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T19:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mycardterms.com\/sellmore\/?page_id=6"},"modified":"2025-11-25T22:43:37","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T22:43:37","slug":"card-issuer","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mycardterms.com\/gametime\/card-issuer\/","title":{"rendered":"Card Issuer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Gift Card Issuer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CIMI2516, Inc. or its affiliate (the \u201cCard Issuer\u201d) is the issuer of the Gift Cards in the Gametime Gift Card program.\u00a0 As the Card Issuer, CIMI2516 is the sole obligor to the card owners.\u00a0 Pursuant to a contract between the Card Issuer and Gametime United, Inc. (&#8220;Gametime&#8221;) the Gift Cards may be sold by Gametime in its role as a card seller, and the Gift Cards will be usable by the card owners to purchase goods and\/or services from Gametime in Gametime&#8217;s role as a card redeemer. Gametime is not, however, the issuer of the Gift Card and is not an obligor to the card owner.
