Cash-Out (VCO) Request*

Welcome to the Virtual Cash-Out (“VCO”) Platform for processing Cash-Out Requests regarding the Gametime Gift Cards.

What is Cash-Out?
Your Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless a Cash Redemption is required by state law. In limited circumstances, the laws of a few U.S. states require that you be paid the remaining balance of the Gift Card in the form of cash. The circumstances entitling you to receive cash off of your Gift Card vary among the states, but typically require that you have used your Gift Card at least once and that the remaining balance of your Gift Card is below a dollar amount specified in the statute. The process for cashing out the Gift Card in these circumstances is known as Cash-Off, Cash-Out, or Cash-Back.

Cash-Out Requests
You may process a Cash-Out Request on this VCO Platform. If your request meets all conditions required by law, we will send your Cash-Out redemption via check or other payment method. Below is the link to where you can complete and submit your Cash-Out Request. You will need certain information from your Gift Card to complete the request. You also will be asked to certify that: (1) you are the legal holder of the Gift Card; and (2) you are either (a) at least 18 years of age, or (b) at least 13 years old and using this site with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.

The Virtual Cash-Out (“VCO”) Request Process

  1. Click Cash-Out Request button.
  2. Confirm your email address.
  3. Complete the Cash-Out Form.
  4. Submit Cash-Out Request.
  5. You will receive an email response approving or declining your request.
  6. Respond to the email and select your desired payment method.
  7. The Cash-Out redemption will be sent to you at the address provided by you.
  8. You may make only one request every 24 hours.
  9. If approved, we will send your Cash-Out redemption via check or other payment method.
  10. No Fees: Cash-Out is a service provided by the Card Issuer at no charge to you.

Notice: You are not entitled to a Cash-Out Redemption unless required by law. Thus, the completion and submission of the Cash-Out Request does not, in and of itself, entitle you to receive cash. Card Issuer reserves its right to decline the Cash-Out Request. Further, Card Issuer reserves its right to decline your Cash-Out Request if Card Issuer suspects illegal or fraudulent activities with respect to Cash-Out Requests.
